What is your return policy?
You can return any item within 30 days for a full refund. Please note, if you requested personalisation of any kind (names and/or badges) then a refund will not be permitted unless faulty. Please complete the online returns form, making sure you complete fully with as much information as possible.
How long is delivery once I have ordered?
With so many products available on our website delivery times can vary from product to product. We aim to ship all orders within 2 working days, however If you have ordered a printed kit then you should allow approx 7-10 working days for the order to be processed and dispatched. Once the order is shipped you should allow up to 7 working days for delivery. Please note that these are only guides, and you should allow up to 30 days for delivery.
If you need to know an exact delivery time or your order is urgent please contact us BEFORE ordering and we'll be able to advise you on a time.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
I cancelled an order but have still been charged?
As with the majority of online retailers, once your have entered your payment details your bank will place an authorisation against that full order amount in your account. This will show as a pending amount on your statement but will not actually be taken by us.
As soon as we cancel an order we automatically send information to your bank to ask them to release any outstanding authorisation. This process will take up to 7 days depending on your banks procedures. For orders placed from overseas this may take longer.
Is placing an order secure?
When you order on our website your order is made over a secure connection. This means that all the personal information you enter will be encrypted so it cannot be read as it travels over the Internet. Encryption is used on all pages within the buying process, making shopping on TotalSports as safe as possible. At no point do any of our team view any of your card details, these are kept completely private at all times.
When ordering look for the padlock symbol in your address bar which shows you are on a secure connection.
Which payment methods do you accept?
For UK customers we prefer Pay by bank - this is fast, secure and you do not need to enter any card information. Customers only have to select their bank and approve the payment in their online banking app.
I have placed an order but it has not arrived?
If you have not received your order after 15 working days then please contact our customer serivce team who will be happy to help.
I have received my order but I am not happy
If you are unhappy with anything you have purchased and received then please contact our customer service team who can resolve the issues with you directly.
